Do you have a favorite book or favorite author? The Internet is a great place to learn more about the folks who write books for children. You can learn where J.K. Rowling got her ideas for the Harry Potter stories, or get some tips on writing from Judy Blume. Some authors' sites even have games to play. Here are a few sites to get you started.

Have you read Romona the Pest or Ralph and the Motorcycle? These are two of Beverly Cleary's wonderful books. At the official "BC" site, you can play trivia games starring all your favorite Beverly Clearly characters and you can get ideas on how to host a Romona party for your friends.
